As one of the new technologies in the distributed artificial intelligence area, the Agent technology has already filtered into many aspects of the information society. Emotions play an essential role in perception, reasoning, decision-making, planning, creation, social activity and more in people. The interdisciplinary research areas which are combined with Agent technology and affective computing are improved as a more concerned forefront topic in distributed artificial intelligence research currently.The synthesis of agent-related technology and affective computing is introduced, and the effect of affective behavior in simulation system is discussed. A humanity simulation system which is based on the above-mentioned theory, the object oriented technology, and the problems which are faced by transport infrastructure of reality city was designed in this thesis. In the simulation system, individual object agent which is based on reality world is modeled, such as vehicle agent model, a section of a highway agent model, and traffic light agent, as well as driver agent model which also include affective modeling. The communication and coordination among object agents can be advanced the behavior strategy and control strategy more effectively. Meanwhile, the simulation system is much closer to reality traffic situation by applying the affective factors of in the model.Through comparison the practice data between the simulation system and the reality world, it is proved the simulation theory is feasible and effective. Finally, the thesis sums up our works during the design and development, concludes the predominance of the agent and affective computing based system, and discusses how to improve the platform in the future. |
