With the further development of cities, the urban traffic congestion has become severe problems of countries all over the world especially the developed countries. Traffic microscopic simulation technologies provide effective ways of solving these problems. Through traffic simulation, can carry through reasonable evaluation and make up the corresponding measures to realize the purposes of improving traffic conditions and save costs given the premise of not changing the current traffic infrastructures。Virtual Reality is a problem being doubly paid close attention to on the international in nowadays。VRML has brought forward Standard Specification for Special Purpose , suppositional real and Internet union has been in using the anybody who abides by the standard VRML WEB browser together, can roam about on cyberspace , has appeared especially important therefore owing to systematic go into of Traffic microscopic simulation.For the purpose of solving the urban traffic problems,countries all over the world put huge efforts in infrastructure and traffic management,at the same time all the organizations of scientific research actively make good use of all kinds of advanced technological productions to provide ways of improving traffic conditions.The main body of the paper is complied with specifically for Urban Single-Lane Traffic Microcosmic Simulation System,starting with building model by VRML and the analysis of the core control Module in the traffic microscopic simulation system, and puts up the methods of solving traffic problems using the object-oriented ideology thought combined with computer software technology and VRML through the software realization of the road network framework and basic functions of vehicles in the core subsystem of urban Single-Lane traffic microcosmic simulation system.This paper firstly introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign traffic microscopic simulation system, secondly analyzes the structures and models of traffic microscopic simulation system in detail, then discusses the analysis and design of the core control Module of urban Single-Lane traffic microcosmic simulation system at emphasis, and carries through the primary validation of road network framework and basic functions of vehicles by means of designing a simulation case alone. Main work:①On the basis of control of the total structure of urban Single-Lane traffic microcosmic simulation system ,put great emphasis on the requirements analysis and design thought of core subsystem.②Carry through the further optimization and improvement using linklist structure aiming at the relevant classes and functions of the road network module and vehicle module in the core subsystem of traffic microscopic simulation system,demonstrate the object-oriented thought well,and provide JAVA interface.③Test the relevant classes and parameters of the models of road network and vehicle through designing a traffic microscopic simulation case alone,prove the road network construction of simulation and realization of relevant functions of vehicles primarily.④Through Simulation of the single lane of a road traffic cases in Chongqing city, correct network and the vehicle module and the related parameters of the test, a preliminary simulation proves that the network of structures and vehicles related to the realization of function.
