With the rapid development of communication technology, the 3 Generation telecom technology comes into people's lives generally, its great support on wireless communication and data transmission, makes people enjoy faster and better information service.At the same time, people are no longer satisfied with the only wireless access to network, they expect that they can gain resources and information needed conveniently and fastly at anywhere or anytime. Based on those requirments, the technology of short message name/address comes out. Making use of this technology, users can connect with individuals, enterprises or government departments through sending short messages; they can gain access to the system of short message service resolution by mobile terminal, short message service terminal or personal computer and then get the information they need.Now J2ME programming technology has turned into a comparatively perfect technology in the field of micro-device programming research. It has complete framework and good support on all sorts of mobile phone functions, which makes it become the most popular platform for wireless applaycation in recent years. Meanwhile, J2ME programming technology provides technological guarantee for that accompolish all kinds of mobile software simultaneously.Based on the research of short message name/address system, the thesis optimizes and improves the system and the efficiency of user obtaining information. In order to make use of the advantage of short message name/address technology,the thesis achieved a mobile phone plug-ins on J2ME technology platform, tested its function and compared with other phone plug-ins after completion of the software.Finally, based on the research of wireless transmission system security ,the author designed the AES encryption communication model, proposed the implementation scheme, and analyzed the scheme's performance, which provided solutions for safety information transmission of short message name/address system.
