Research And Implementation Of Standard Address Acquisition And Correction System Based On Mobile Terminal

With the universal of Geographic Information System(GIS),Police Geographic Information System(PGIS)is becoming more and more popular in public security system.A variety of address-related information on the map logo,making a lot of past account information becomes clear at a glance.PGIS is based on the address of the map,so the normality,accuracy and freshness of the address become very important.As the PGIS update cycle is far behind the ever-changing city construction speed,resulting in many new buildings and demolition of the building cannot be accurately reflected on the map in time,making combat effectiveness of PGIS-based application system greatly affected.So the address collection and correction work is critical.However,there are still many problems in the collection and revision of the basic public security.On the one hand,the PGIS does not have the real-time and accuracy of the address label on the PC side.On the other hand,the address information collected is not standard or uniform,difficult to manage and supervise.It is imperative to design and implement a standard address acquisition and correction system with mobile terminal based on the advantages of easy to carry and easy to locate of the mobile terminal.This paper designs and realizes the standard address acquisition and correction system based on mobile terminal through the Android development technology starting from the basic public security business and the function reality.In the realization of this system,the paper makes a search and innovation in the following aspects: First,use the expansion method to extract the main building information through PGIS to solve the problems that the current PGIS lack of Android interface,and through the jurisdiction algorithm to achieve the successful implementation of the mobile map of the sub-area load display.Second,make full use of the advantages of mobile terminals' real-time positioning and easy to carry,with the help of public security network,database connection technology to complete the data transmission and realtime background updates to ensure the real-time and accuracy of the address.The Third,the use of address control dynamic loading and address options decrement cascade method to ensure the standardization and standardization of the address.Finally,this paper validates and validates the flexibility,accuracy and practicability of the system in the mobile side.
