With the rapid development of wireless mobile communication and the great increase of diversified types of mobile services, all the internet business can be applied in the mobile communication system. Owing to the demands of different customers and the availability of terminal, however, it is quite impossible for all the mobile terminal to display the same information content. Meanwhile, there are more and more types of Customer Premises Equipment, and customers have higher demand on personalized service which will become an important direction in the development of network information service in the future.Based on the demand of the software applied in mobile business system terminal, the thesis analyzes the encryption/decryption principle of Rijndael algorithm. And the author makes use of the Bouncy Castle encrypt storehouse to realize the encryption/decryption of sensitive data. Under the condition of the guarantee of data transmission security to some extent and based on J2ME, the author also designs and implements a kind of mobile business system terminal software. The software can be divided into three subsystems, which are mobile officing, mobile business and Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) respectively. The system applies J2ME technology development client-side and MVC modular design client-side. It can realize the communication between the mobile phone customer end and server by using the network characteristic of J2ME techniques. It can also make use of server components servlet to process and transmit data sent from client-side to server and give feedback.Moreover, the thesis makes detailed introduction to the whole structure of the system, deign and realization of mobile phone customer end and the realization of mobile business system terminal software is completed. The rationality of the software design and the stability of the software running are verified through the on site performance test of the software and suggestions are put forward for further improvement.
