With the development of technology , the telecommunication networks take broadband tendency. Referring to the development of telecommunication market, the traditional voice service has reached to a saturation point, while more and more innovative services emerge and shape the size, and the operators also have great challenge due to the merging of the telecommunication networks and IP wireless networks. As a result, the concept of SDA (Service Delivery Architecture) has been put forward, which meets the demand of design well and supports various types of flexible services.One hybrid web application called Mashup is hot at the moment, this application is capable to provide new internet experience or website to customer based on collection and integration of data from more than one source. Considering the advantage of such process, this paper proposes a new idea of introducing the Mashup to telecommunication networks to schedule service capability and generate new business rapidly.The paper is organized as follows : in the exordium of the first chapter, we firstly introduce the background of SDA, the framework and service support architecture of SDA, and Mashup is a kind of polymer application, the meaning and principle of Mashup is presented briefly, in addition to the application and research of Mashup in the internet and telecom operators nowadays, Mashup's open characteristic is focused, next we view applying Mashup into telecommunication networks, pointing out that the service of location orientation in telecommunications network and some charges components applications based on open Mashup has a very wide application prospect. The second chapter analyses three main aspects of Mashup characteristics in mobile network, including exchange and opening of services capacities, services amalgamation and combination of service capacity, in the future the Mashup mobile network has requirements for access layer of service network ,which is integrated exchange, unified access and capacity portfolio. After that we advance some key issues respectively on users and network security, authentication and management of business capacity, service interface standardization. The third chapter researches and designs architecture of Mashup based mobile network , after introducing polymer application into SDA we emphasize how to build Mashup support platform, which consists of Mashup application execution environment in application layer, integrated access gateway in access layer, controller of interface opened strategy in control domain, communications capability and data unit in operating domain.The fourth chapter designs integrated access gateway in mobile network referred above is specified, we adopt modular design thought, use unified opening mode of service interface based on WebService ,and devise basic work flow of Mashup service capability. Conclusions and an outlook are following, though some critical problems in designing mobile network involving Mashup exists to be resolved , we believe the new mobile network fetching in Mashup concept whose service capabilities are enhanced much will has a bright future.
