Sichuan Build Homes, High-end Equipment, The Sharing Of Resources Information Management System Design And Implementation

At present, the high-end equipments management of Sichuan college of architectural technology occupies an important position in the normal teaching activities. The traditional equipments management is done by hand, so some information about equipments often lost due to manager's careless and it hinders the equipments management. In order to prevent this situation, the academy invested a vast amount of manpower and material resources. But the sharing level of equipments'information is hard to promote. As well, some equipments are leaving unused without playing their real roles because of many procedures, which even hinder the activities of the academy. Unlike the traditional way, the high-end device management system make use of internet technology to replace traditional manual operation, which provide automatic track service about demand schedule, purchase, inventory, use and maintain during the device management process. At the same time,the equipment management system can provide detailed graphics for managers, so the managers can supervise equipments quickly and conveniently.This research aims to the analysis of the current main problems and needs about manual management work of high-end equipments to construct the model. The users of this system are students, teachers, and device managers. From the point of view, the subject of high-end equipment realized the function of inquiry and appointment. Teachers could search or book equipment, apply purchase and code for equipments by this platform. The device managements can use the platform for total control. The equipment management function mainly embodies in the high-end equipment inventory management, and is also responsible for printing reports and maintaining the equipment. In total, this system satisfies the teachers and students ask for equipment sharing, and the expected purpose is reached.In this subject, it aims to analysis the shared needs for teachers and students, and build detailed design including the students module, teachers module, background management design and the entire software design. Finally, I complete the design through the code. In addition, I have done some key tests at the sharing function of the students and teachers and these modules have gone through the business and performance test successfully and reached the expected purpose. And this system can be visited through the network access by many people at the same time.This system was developed by C# language, SQL Server 2005 Database management and object-oriented technology and the develop platform is visual studio 2008. Finally each module goes through single test requirement successfully and can satisfy the needs to the high-end equipment management of the academy.
