Our life has becoming more convenient with the telemedical technology developing, and stakeout in the future on sub-health people and patient will be processing under this platform. Now many kinds of wireless sensors have been used in the telemedical system, data about people's life collecting form which will be transmitted to healthcare center in the hospital by wireless terminal carried on the people. Similarly, the conception of Body Area Network (BAN) has been used, which is a network buildup by the electionic products carried around human body. All thes products communicate with each other under the protocol of BAN, which is the same of telemedical system. The electromagnetic radiation of this wireless network which is so close to human body has got so much attention of people. Antenna which is the main part of electromagnetic radiation has been enertigated in-depth in this dissertation using CST. The main works included in this dissertation are as follows:1 Compare of human head model SAR (specific absorption rate) about different frequency radiation in BAN has been analysed based on the SAM human head model supplied by CST, which is very useful of choosing frequency band when building the BAN. In order to eliminating interfere of different antenna's structure, plane wave-guide port has been used to put aside of human head model for the first time to analyse the biological effect of electromagnetic radiation, which made the result more generally.2 A blue-tooth patch antenna has been designed which prototype comes from literature [1], and some interfix conditions of the frequency have been found including medium, covering copper, surface notch and so on. And the SAR of human head model has been analysed using the new designed antenna.3 Butterfly patch antenna has been designed in this part, and the band width problem has been solved. The new antenna's band width is over 100MHz, totally covered the blue-tooth band. The biological effect of the butterfly patch antenna has also been analysed. The real antenna we made is so close to the emulational one that we could manufacture in the future. In the last, the area of the antenna has been minished so much, that there is more room for terminal design.4 About fuction expanding of the antennas we design, two patch antenna array models has been designed, which gain and Directivity are both Controllable. For example, one of the array's gains is over ten times compare to the omnidirectional antenna, which drived the general investigation of the antenna designed in this dissertation hardly.
