In recent years, with the rapid development of the modern electrics, electro-magnetic compatibility(EMC) becomes more and more important in modem electronic system which has higher and higher operation frequency and power consumption. Hence, it becomes one of the major problems encountered in the modern electronic system design.In this dissertation, the calculation of the electromagnetic radiation and the electric magnetic compatibility of the conducting body with the wire antenna attachment is discussed , which is based on the classic Moment Method technology while using the Visual C++ as the programming environment and the programming tool. The quadrilateral mesh and a special kind of linear basis function is selected on the rooftop so that the treatment of the attachment of the wire antenna to the surface patch is easier than other methods reported in literatures.Using the proposed method, the analyses and prediction of electro-magnetic compatibility of the electrically small conducting structure are achieved, which provides a theoretical guidance in the system level design.
