With the increasing power of the computer process, Internet technology widely used and the increase of network bandwidth, the information is increasing very quickly. It becomes a problem to find the right resource from this expanding information. On the other hand, although the speed of finding the related result from the huge resource is increase quickly, finding the right information from Web or data warehouse is not progressing rapidly.Multimedia information is attracting the people's attention because of its special feature, such as friendly, wonderful, rich and so on. As one of the multimedia information, the video is the largest and most complex one. Because it contains the large amount of data, unstructured content and difficult to be processed with, the search engine today can't support it well. How to increase the quality of the searching results has become one of the hot issues about computer and related disciplines.In response to the issue above, this article mixes the mature technology of Web2.0—cluster analysis with the base of next-generation network search technology—ontology, use the OWL to organize the structure of the video' semantic information and build the video ontological model. According to the model to make the corresponding rules of ontology reasoning and search the results in the ontological reasoners. In order to make the searching results more suitable to the user's browsing habits, the order of the reasoning results will be changed based on the cluster analysis algorithm. With this process, the information that the users need will be presented in a more forward position.Finally, in order to validate the effectiveness and advancement of the searching engine model which this article describes, we carry out a test system based on Jena and make a analysis and comparison with the test data.
