Performance Management System, which ensures the efficient operation of network resources, is a significant component of the Network Management System (NMS). It can improve the quality of the network, and make the network visibility.By studying some key technologies in performance management, and Based on system architecture and concrete functionality, the design and implementation of Performance Management System has been finished.The first chapter of this article started with the concept of Mobile Intelligent Network, led Intelligent Network Management target: SMP, SCP, IP, VC, as well as its presence in the functional entities, and summarized the Intelligent Network Management System five domains: topology management, configuration management, performance management, alarm management, operation and maintenance management. This chapter also introduced the position of Performance Management System in NMS.The second chapter of this article analyzed the design principle and main functionality of the Performance Management System in Mobile Intelligent network, analyzed the actual problems in performance management. The third chapter of this article studied some key technologies, which based on the basic functions of performance management. It included three main part of the studying: first, studied how to keep data integrity when collecting data from the network, including data collection, auto-fill missing data collection and missing data added; Second, data monitoring, by monitoring the system and finding the mutation data to obtain the corresponding results of the initial treatment program, or give a corresponding alarm prompts, etc.; Third, studied the technologies of report forms, including how to presenting and booking the report forms. The design and implementation of Performance Management System based on these three parts of studying.The system's design, implementation and results verification started from the forth chapter of this article. First of all, summarized the entire system's architecture and described the system's logical and overall structure. According to this article, the whole system consists of five main modules, including data collection module, data monitoring module, data presenting module, data automatically deleted module and command dealing module. Data collection module is the basic module of Performance Management System. It collected the data from the network. The design of Data collection module is based on the studying of data integrity. Data monitoring module monitored the real-time data and analyzed historical data. Data presenting module presented data to the users in the form of report forms. Data automatically deleted module deleted data to improve the performance of the whole system. These four module's overview design, key process and key class design are described in detail in the forth chapter.Finally, this article analyzed the disadvantages of the system and provided some directions worthy of improving as well as some useful recommendations and suggestions for the system's promotion and the design of next version.
