Design And Implementation Of Material Management System Based On Workflow Engine

Material management system is a comparatively complicated flow of materials, funds and information flow processing system. Also, it is a fairly important content that is benefit to improving the work efficiency and building information management of enterprises. The description of this thesis is mainly on design and realization of material management system based on Workflow Engine. This software belongs to B/S framework.The design and development of the system mainly integrates the concrete need of CCTV material equipment management, which is sure to the efficient management of the material equipment, putting the material resources to rational use, fully bringing the efficiency and function of material resources on the programme production and management, etc. meanwhile, constructing the information management plat of integration and coordination, thus realizing the optimize allocation of resources, increasing efficiency, reducing cost and promoting the modernization and normalization of CCTV management level.The development of this material management system is based on the need and survey of CCTV to material resources, using java language, adopting dwr+spring+hibernate frame, realizing three well-bedded frames, that is, the model layer, view and controller layer. At the same time, realizing the following fuctional module: material resources purchase, warehouse entry, inventory management, out of warehouse, track and consult statistic, etc. Workflow Engine JBPM is introduced in empolder to realize several operation flows: application, examine and approve, which insures the practicability, expansibility and progress.At present material management system has been pilot run at new CCTV site and the problems in pilot run will be improved and developed.
