Design And Implementation Of Teaching Aids System For Economic Management School, Beijing University Of Chemical Teachnology

Now, with modern information technology in the field of education universal application, China's high education system of management has gradually entered the network and information age. However, the teaching of information management in improving the management efficiency and management level, there are also some shortcomings. This paper is based on the Beijing University of Chemical Technology(BUCT)'s practical management information system, through analysis of its existing problems, combined the characteristics and requirements of college (department)teaching management, relying on Microsoft Visual Studio.NET platform to which the programming for VB.NET Tools, and design and realization of a support teaching management system.This paper is in software engineering theory, in line with the content of college (department) teaching management, and doing teaching system needs analysis firstly. On the basis of analysis, it gives the overall design of the entire system, followed by the database and table design. Teaching management system in accordance with the characteristics of the functional module, is given access management module, students management module, teachers management module, the system management module, and other major part of the detailed design that the final realization of a system. Choosing such a practical teaching management support systems development, on the one hand wants to enhance college (department) degree of information management to help teaching staff from the heavy burden of complicated data processing; On the other hand, it also wants to apply the knowledge learned from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in the last two years for practical work.The major system functions are designed to be only used by the full-time management staffs of colleges (department). Its major features are: ease of use, effectively satisfying the needs of college (department) teaching management staffs, overcoming the shortcomings of the current education information system. The application of this system will significantly reduce the staffs' workload, improve the office efficiency, upgrade the image and management level of college (department), and add value in practice.
