Stored Program Controlled (SPC) Telephone Exchange is the product of the combination of digital communication technology, computer and large scale integrated circuits, and it plays a very important role in the telecommunication network. It can be categorized into two items, general type and special type, from the view of application. On considering the design of the special type, it is a very promising subject to provide a universal solution not only to realize the functions, but also to satisfy the demand of dependability, extending ability, adaptibility and operation ability.Based on the features of digital exchange hardware structure, aiming at flexible configuration according to different given demand, combined with the technology of embedded system, this paper designs a miniaturized multifunctional integrated exchange platform, which has good characteristics of universality, openness and easy expansion. The text firstly introduces the status of the program controlled exchange, and compares analog exchange with digital exchange in the performance, and points out the future development direction of digital exchange. Then the basic theory of digital exchange is introduced. After that, the hardware design project are deeply investigated, accomplished the main parts. At the end of the design, the test scheme and the debugging results are introduced. Finally the thesis is summarized, some functions models which need consummating are presented. |
