The Development Of Digital Electronic Police System Based On Embedded PLC

With the improvement of economic and living standards, China's traffic problems become increasingly serious, the quantity demand of traffic violation capture is growing. The continuous development of electronic technology, promotes the updating of the digital cameras. There is a problem of the digital cameras'compatibility in current digital electronic police control system, so that the speed of updating the digital electronic police is severely limited, and it can not meet the demand of the illegal capture the market.This paper first put forward a digital police electronic control system based on the embedded PLC for the common system. The external digital camera shutter is controlled by the Embedded PLC, and the compatibility of the system is improved, it can separate the illegal capture from the data transmission. It introduces the architecture and principle of the system for the requirements of functional. Then it gives a hardware design of the control of the external shutter and the synchronous flashlight, capture the vehicles automatically by use of the processor's hardware interface. Then analysis the principles of the software which is layered designed, expatiate the flow of the speed measurement on the driver layer and logic control on the ladder layer. Introduces the flow of photo downloading and uploading with network based on the framework of hardware about the photo transmission system, and works it out. Finally, make a summary about what had been done in this paper, and give some further improvement measures about the shortcomings of the current system.In this paper, give an overall development of the digital electronic police based on the Embedded PLC, and resolve the problem of cameras'compatibility in current control system. Improve the accuracy of speed.
