And we adopt Wincc to complete monitoring process, saving data, recording histories, reporting and printing data, compiling statistics, alarming. The communication of the whole automation device is carried out by industry Ethernet and PROFIBUS process fiedbus.After designing software and hardware, building network, simulation in laboratory, checked and accepted by the user, installation and debugging at scene, trial run without load and the other process, the control system is to be in motion in the first time, and has arrived goal in a week. The actuality proves that the program design is successful of the No.4 blast furnace in Chongqing Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.. The whole control system is open. The process control is brief and safe. The HMI is friendly. The communication is high-speed and unification in the whole system. Regardless of the managing production system and the controlling system, the project is working in a harmony. The data distributing is reasonable, and system is reliable. Finally, the computer control system conform the command of iron and iron-smelting.
