| At present, computer control system has been applied in industrial field widely, especially in iron and steel industry. With development of industrial production, production technics put forward higher and higher demand to computer performance and its work stability.The control system was designed in this thesis. During designing the control system, combined modern blast furnace's control technical and developing trend, reasonable project of supervising system was designed, which considered enterprise's actual status, followed the international modern technical, and fit our country status.Main research work is as follows:(1) Through introducing BF techniques, characteristic of BF techniques flow was analyzed, and the main model of BF manufacture was brought forward.(2) Automation system use the class control, except the level of basic automatic system, it also has the level of process automation, with the built real time database and history database of production.(3) The bottom charging system, top winchcontrol, BF noumenonsystem and hot stove system were designed in the PLC system.(4) The designed monitor interface can be easily understand, watched, resolved and manipulated.(5) The designed computer control system is used in actual BF, production results show that the designed idea can guarantee the performance of computer control system, and the whole design is reasonable. |
