Research And Implementation Of Cash Management System Based On Workflow

With the development of the information of the manufacturing, the applications of ERP have been greatly impressed people. ERP presents the most advanced thoughts of the management all over the world. It depends on the demands of the market ,plans and controls as the main line in order to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. ERP actualization optimizes the management process. standardizes management procedures and refines the management of the target, implement the centralized management of cash, reduce the blindness of the decision-making . And greatly enhance the management level of enterprises. It brings the direct economic benefits to the enterprise. But in the ERP, the hackling and optimization of the management process usually present on the level of enterprise .ERP focus on the overall conditions of the enterprise management process. And it has the disadvantages on the aspects of the concrete management of the operation. Work flow management technology just remedies that disadvantage.This thesis takes the China area Cash Management System of the Newegg enterprise as background, and inducts the work flow technology into the development of the CMS. Based on the introduction of work flow technology and work flow engine, this thesis has analyzed some business requirements refer to the cash management, such as fixed assert application, purchase application, direct reimbursement. And this thesis has established the correlative business model and system function model. The thesis analyzes the relation between CMS and ERP system, and builds the connection model between them. The thesis takes the Borg SPM workflow plat developed by Taiwan Inventec as the foundation, and discuss the overall architecture of the system, design scheme, connection model and the architecture of the database design based on the workflow. This thesis dissertates the system implement technology based on the workflow including the definition of workflow, webpage refer to business process, the initialization of the webpage, the control of the workflow procedure, handling the exceptions, recording the logs, sending mails to customers, applications of simple factory pattern and so on.The development and research of cash management system refer to this thesis prove the validity of the workflow technology in the development of application systems which focus on business process controls.
