Heating Boiler Simulation Training System

This topic originates from the Daqing Oilfield special operational security training center simulation boiler training construction project. In order to improve the operators'ability heating boiler simulation training system is developed. This thesis is about the whole development of the training system according to the new developing trends of DCS, which contains the working situation, all variables, sound accuracy and good looking with the following softwares such as DOS, Borland C and FIX . The trainers can have a good operating feeling with this training system, which can show the real pressure and temperature. It can also enhance the trainers'skills.This thesis analyses the structure of hardware, basic principle of the system, and the composition of real parts of the boilers. It divides the complicated process into several single models, and establishes several models which can improve the systems'reliability. The trainers can practice ten kinds of accidents such as overload of water, lack of water greatly, overpressure, boiling of water and gas and so on. The operators can not practice these accidents at their working place, but with this training system they can easily enhance their ability. This system gives the solutions of the trainers'evaluation rules and automatically scoring process. This thesis also analyses the features and the economic profits it can get in the following years.
