The Development Of Boiler Simulation Trainning System

This work investigated prototype of boiler simulation training system. Based on the theorems in boiler engineering and computer simulation technology.This dissertation aims at developing a set of emulate boiler training and appraisal system with a roundly operating circumstance, variables through the whole process, moderate precision and vivid and intuitional interface. The following work has been done and finished due to this goal:1. The combination is thebasic mode of boiler simulation training system in gerneral,developing a new boiler simulation training system. The development plan including substance system and data system has been formed. It will sophisticate the process to cut up into opposite independent of mold piece, establish the model respectively. It make the system the dependable increase consumedly.2. When the facilities models being developed, it must obide by strictly the principles of material balance and energy balance. First of all . model equation is formed according to some precise theories such as burning, heat conduction. hydrodynamics,aerodynamics,engineering control and so on, and then the model equation is predigested and parameters are estimated by using data analysis and estimate to actual condition, so data simulating of both all-round industrial condition and variable about boilers can come true.3. During the process of handing in the emulate boiler model, both model data and model function have been organized by taking the main users of Visual C++ into account and basing on the classified method of chemical and industrial flow.4. The center of the hardware circumstance is a dictating computer. This computer is an industrial control PC, This computer is connected with current facilities by signal lines,5. According to the features of training and checking of operating boiler, we havedesigned the dictating platform running software of emulate substance system, the dictating platform running software of emulate data system, the training station software of emulate data system, exercise software operated by students, examining scores software, and other additional software(meters definition software, flow chart software, plane board software and editing scores rules software), by which running format data of these software has been created.6.
