The Security of Network is the guarantee of the application of Network.SSL (Security Socket Layer) protocol is the most mature and widely used protocol during all of security protocols now.This paper firstly discusses the history and status quo of SSL and points out the requirement from our country. Next, the paper details narrate architecture of SSL and discusses the difference between SSL Record Layer and protocols about session management. Another, at the base of the analysis of the performance of SSL, we put forward the means to resolve the bottle-neck of SSL performance. The way we choose is that JNI technology.To satisfy domestic requirement, we develop KDJSSL System. This system has following four characteristics.1. KDJSSL accords with SSL3.0.2. We choose JNI technology to solve the bottleneck of SSL performance.3. KDJSSL provides the function of inserting new cryptogrammic arithmetic.The main work of this paper is explicating the part of cipher in KDJSSL. At thebase of JCA and JCE; the paper describes the detail of implement of cryptogrammic arithmetic and the performance of cipher. The test and the datas of experimentations show that KDJSSL can provide the function of inserting new cryptogrammic arithmetic and the JNI technology improves the performance of KDSSL.At the end. we put forward some suggestions of the improvement of KDJSSL.
