| Under the stimulus of the ever-developing electrical technology and different industries' continuously increasing demands on system security, more and more defects of the existing locomotive monitoring display system which based on X86 architecture gradually emerge, to develop a new type of locomotive monitoring display system comes into an objective trend, moreover, the constantly developing MCU technology ,embedded operation Linux and manufacturing craft etc. offer technical guarantee for the research and manufacture as well.In accordance with growing demands for security, high speed, and punctuality of the present railway operating, this article studied locomotive monitoring display system based on ARM, designed a functional locomotive monitoring display system of high reliability, high efficiency, and high maintainability.Firstly, with the analysis of the present situation and development trend of embedded technology, the article conducted in-depth studies on the features of ARM technology and its application in the embedded field, furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of domestic existing locomotive monitoring display system which based on and extended from PC/104 bus module is analyzed simultaneously with the advanced external related technology status and specialty. The subject of efficiently improving system security and maneuverability is intensively researched. As a result, an idea of making use of ARM and Linux to achieve high reliable locomotive monitoring display system is advanced, basic research as well as concrete design has accordingly completed under the guidance.After the prototype machine has been trial-produced, integrated with the railway product requirements on high reliability, the article carried out tests on several indexes which possibly affect the system security: high and low temperature test, static electricity releasing test, EMC test, isolating and pressure resisting test and vibration test etc. and provides solutions to the unconsidered factors occurred in designing process. All these actual tests proved the new type of locomotive monitoring display system based on ARM technology satisfies the future security needs of our national railway monitoring over the next several years. |
