As a kind of construction machinery capable of the transporting and laying of material(concrete or refractory material), Wet Spraying Machine has become an indispensable engineering equipment in modern architecture construction for its ability of continuously accomplishing horizontal and vertical transportation with high efficiency and reduced labor intensity. With the popularization of Wet Spraying Machine, some new requirements have been put forward for it on its working performance, operation mode, and operating repairs. Therefore, one possible way of heightening the laying efficiency and working dependability of the Wet Spraying Machine is to realize intelligent control by making use of sensor inspection and computer control technologies, making it capable of intelligent monitoring, detection, forecasting, maintenance as well as fault diagnosis on-line.With respect to Wet Spraying Machine in this paper, the monitoring system of new style Wet Spraying Machine was developed on design principle of PLC. First of all, analysis has been made on the latest trends and development of Wet Spraying Machine of serialization products, the necessity of intelligent Wet Spraying Machine is put forward with some practical approaches. Then, making use of PLC reformed electric control system of Wet Spraying Machine on its working principles and characteristics. analysis has been made on function of monitoring system, making use of sensor inspection and PLC control technologies, fault diagnosis method, a monitoring system has been developed with some degree of intelligence, this Wet Spraying Machine possess some intelligent functionalities such as real time monitoring, fault alarm and attention. This system significantly enhances the performance of the Wet Spraying Machine and well satisfies the requirements on the reliability of it. Meanwhile, the monitoring interface has been made by making use of configuration software on the design principle of man-machine Interface. This monitoring interface satisfies the requirements on manipulation, maintenance and serialization products. At last, in order to settle fault diagnosis of Wet Spraying Machine, fault diagnosis method has been put forward on fuzzy tree and neural network.
