The coal production is one kind of high-risk industry. The geographical environment of coal mine is very complex , the work environment under the mine shaft The Design and Realization of Coal Mine Safety Monitor and Control System is bad, so there are many latent dangers in the mine safety , and accidents are very easy to occur. How to carry on the comprehensive and effective monitor and control to the mine shaft work is an important part of the coal production safety. In these years, many measures to supervise and manage the coal production have been taken in our country . Many enterprises in coal industry are carrying on construction and innovation of digital mine, and remarkable economic benefit and social benefit has been obtained, also a good environment for the popularization of the monitor and control system has been created.So far, the most important factors that affect the coal production safety include methane density, wind speed of air shaft, CO density, subsurface temperature, air shaft pressure, pressure difference, the water level difference, smoke, feed, electric potential switch, staff position and so on. This paper introduces some monitoring methods and designing methods of monitor and control system in coal production safety that is developed for gas concentration and electrical equipment as well as underground alarm in the coal mine.This project here has been completed and put into use . It has done a good deed that it has effectively reduced accidents in coal mine. This system adopts C language, Based on GIS and configuration-software development techniques. It has a B/C construction. The system makes full use of the complete graph functions, consistent interface and simplification of Windows. It has outstanding original creation, distinctive technical function in both software and hardware. It will improve master/slave monitor and control system and transmission network .The system includes development part and operating part. The operating part provides a software that can monitor coal production safety for users. It will fully monitor unsafe factors in coal production. The development part will guide the users how to install the air connection underground, and it can customize monitor and control system , furthermore it will install monitor and control system on map of mine pit visibly according to the users' demands.
