With the development of grid technology, KOS, human cognitive behavior and the theory of the information retrieval, the concept of the cognitive behavior in the psychology is widely used in the design of the search page and become a major progress of the crawl Web Design. The establishment of fully reflecting the cognitive behavior design which is effective and quality is the first issue to resolve. So how to closely link the cognitive behavior to the design of the search page is one of the difficulties.By summering, comparing and analyzing the existing web crawler interface design tools, we find that the existing interface designs have not always reflected the concept of user-centric. The interface design of the operational needs of users directly operate, and cannot fully reflect the cognitive behavior of users. This paper presents an improved dynamic web interface design process, which is based on the cognitive behavior of hummer. In this paper, we use the general user needs and the concept of the KOS categories to design our initial web-searching interface, then use the cluster analysis methods and give every resource that user retrieval the right values and do similarity analysis. According analyzing the user's common visiting focus, we get the user's behavior tendency. After that we record the user behavior tendencies, with different thresholds to excite a checkbox which can reflect behavior tendencies. By this method we can speed up the retrieval behavior. And in accordance with the appropriate different types, it guidance the web interface automatically updated dynamically. In the process of search interface settings updating, users do not need the direct intervention. Its human nature of the design, the ability of dynamic updates crawl the web interface quaintly and high efficiency. To a certain extent, this research has a practical significance.
