A Equipment On The Diameter Of The Colume Based On Linear CCD

To survey geometric dimension of the object precisely is applied widespread and valuable in the detection technology. The survey method with CCD(Charge Coupled Device) has advantage over other methods, because it is noncontact, accurate, easily handled by computer and connected with auto-controlled equipment.In this paper, the high-accuracy measurement of colume diameter is discussed with the linear CCD-TCD2901D.The composition of optics subsystem and the solutions to deal with the output signal of CCD are confirmed through the FPGA signal pressing system and MATLAB digital signal processing software.Two solutions: the hardware counting method based on FPGA, ARM singal clip and the software method based on MATLAB program are applied to calibrate and measure the colume diameter. The output signal of CCD is binaryed and transmited with PC and the multinomial least square method and OSTU method are applied to fit the collected data with MATLAB in order to make the measuring edge sure.
