System Of Testing Laser Based On Image Sensor

The thesis associated the development of the status in China and abroad, designed the testing laser system program which based on the image sensor, Gave the basic working principle and some source code.First of all, this paper introduced the concept of laser parameters of the laser measuring system, as well as international and domestic trends, and pointed out the domestic demand, then made out the working principle of the laser measuring system. And the CMOS image sensor's imaging principle .The test system chosen Atmel's single-chip Megal6 as the core of control to drive the USB interface and the CMOS image sensor, chose the Altera's CPLD chip to design the SRAM memory's timing, Completed the laser beam imaging, Storage and transmission, lastly the image transmitted through the USB interface to PC and completed the laser spot on the image processing and analysis software.
