With develop rapidly of information and optoelectronics industry, most of colleges have set up some labs about optoelectronics information processing. However, a mass of equipment are needed to purchase, and efficiency is low, so in the article, integrated optoelectronics experimentation system is proposed, so that it is more inexpensive and efficient when lab is built.It consist that five typical optoelectronics experimentations in the article, which are based on the Linux operating system and ARM9 is a platform. The system combines FPGA to complete the optoelectronics signal detection and acquisition . At the same time, embedded applications (MiniGUI) is used for waveform and voltage display in this system and so on, so that integrate other experimental equipment into this experimental system, and it is feasible that lab can be carried easily. The hardware system includes photoelectric conversion circuit, voltage signal adjusting circuit, data acquisition circuit, ARM9 and FPGA hardware circuit, and there are two parts of the FPGA and ARM software design in the software system.
