Along with the increasing emphasis on comprehensive capabilities of national students, the traditional theory talent has been unable to meet the needs of today’s society, especially for the optoelectronics students. They need to improve their comprehensive quality through hands-on practices. Therefore, all the colleges and universities urgently need to strengthen their laboratories’functionality by introducing new optoeletronic information processing test platform to improve students’comprehensive capabilities.This paper constructs a optoeletronic information processing platform on the basis of conventional optical information processing experimental system. By using the ARM microcontroller Cortex-M3core as the key part of the control unit and the latest technology of NI, we can achieve programming, compiling and debugging for ARM microcontroller by integrating the ARM Embedded Module LabVIEW2011software. At the same time, part of the experiment results are also presented in this paper. This platform has many advantages, including computing capability, a image display interface, easily to operate and so on,which makes the building of the laboratory more economical and more flexible.
