Comparing the traditional data acquisition process is hard to meet workers onequipment data real-time and rapidity requirements, this is accompanied by the rapiddevelopment of science and technology on today. MATLAB is a scientific researchtool, because it is able to have high coding efficiency for engineering, it in automaticcontrol, control theory, signal processing and analysis, system identification, numericalanalysis, many research fields such as image processing, has obtained the widespreaduse. So now that the integrated data acquisition technology can obtain the morepowerful promotion methods, are the achievements of the development of computertechnology with each passing day. Modern control algorithm research constantlyadvancing the real-time data collection technology in many areas of rapid development,some ascension based optimization, the new theory such as the module estimate controlalgorithm is more and more need many quantity of the support of real-time field datacollected,so in order to realize the advanced control algorithms in the field of study allaspects of the application,so we are necessary to research a simple and convenientoperation of real-time data acquisition system, xPC of the MathWorks companies wereable to provide an integrated solution, the researchers used the system can make the PCto be converted to the real-time system, and can support many kinds of data acquisitioncard, so that the workers can choose hardware is very convenient,reduce the cost ofprocurement of hardware.High-level language development under DOS operating system or applicationassembler language is a general method of real-time data acquisition system in the pasttime, vc/c++language development is to adopt the way of the most be use times,mainly because of its efficiency is higher and better real-time performance, andreadability is strong, but in the numerical analysis and algorithm of the effect will bethe MATLAB tool has certain gap.MATLAB has more powerful numerical analysis and processing, and datavisualization functions and xPC target environment extends in the operation of thehardware function, implements the development of data acquisition system in a singleenvironment. Can effectively guarantee the convenient data acquisition and real-timeprocessing, and compared with general data acquisition system, developers do not needto be familiar with the underlying hardware interface content, avoiding the time consumed in hardware interface programming, real-time data acquisition system in theSimulink can be done.The main objective of this paper is based on integrated data acquisition system fora certain xPC motor test bench. Integrated data acquisition system with xPC throughhosting-"double machine" model of the target technology research methods. Throughthe use of TCP/IP network communication mode so as to realize the communication ofhost machine and target machine, then use U disk start to start the target machine. InxPC environment, using the multi-function data acquisition card by PCL-1800withMex S-function for writing functional module code, thus construct platform for dataacquisition model.
