Nowadays, in some fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, running water, postal service, communication, public transportation, there are many dispersed work posts need to be inspected regularly, and the working condition parameters of which need to be picked and processed. The early post inspection is carried out artificially, which results in many hidden questions, heavy management working load and more mistakes. Along with computer technology unceasing popularization, the concept of collection system is used to compose monolithic integrated circuit as the lower position machine intelligence, automatically inspecting the system, both liberating the productive forces and reducing the labor intensity. The inspection could be guaranteed on time and accurate. Inspection management system of the data acquisition for group position operating mode based on the IC card technology is prompt. With the working parameter writing device based on IC card reading in the parameter size to read in the IC card, and the transformation by management processing software, finally the management carries performed by the computer.Working-parameter writing device based on IC card is an important constituent of inspection management system of data acquisition under group position operating mode. This device is an information cannel between IC card and the application system and is a very important link in the IC card application.This thesis introduced working parameter writing device based on IC card taking monolithic integrated circuit AT89C2051 as a core, and the IC card connection electric circuit, good performance, with lower power loss to start RAM real-time clock chip DS1302, the LED display circuit, the keyboard, the power source and so on. The working parameter and the time will be written into IC card through the writing device. The information in IC card will be collected and processed by upper position computer. Finally, the management database will be constructed. In the thesis, the clock chip and the logical encryption card chip are analyzed. According to the actual situation, the working-parameter writing device based on IC card inelectric circuit has been design. Every kind of circuit diagram using Protel99SE software has been drawn, the partial functions software programming has been completed using the monolithic integrated circuit assembly language, and the partial software has been debugged. The writing device based on IC card has clock chip DS1302 and realize the clock chip initialization. This card can also read out the time information demonstrated by the LED monitor immediately and realize the hardware circuit control through software procedure.
