During the process of the beverage producting, the leakage of the productions is inevitable because of the defect of the technology during the packaging, or some other factors like the instability of reliability and so on. If the leaked beverages are sold in the market, it will do harm to the customers’health and the companies’reputation. So it is necessary to do some research on the leak detection equipment to solve the problem, and to match the high efficiency producting of the product line.The research in this article is based on the manual leak detection, and use the pressure detecting method to detect and exclude the leaked beverages. The theory of the pressure detecting method is that pressure of the beverage will increase markedly because of the squeeze to the beverage. Contrast the difference in pressure variation between the sealed beverages and leaked beverages by the experiment, and confirm a threshold by the statistical method, the threshold could be used to discriminate whether leak or not. At last, realize the fast detection by compare the pressure distinguish and the setted threshold.The leak bottle detection system in the research could acquire the pressure of the beverages by the pressure sensor in normal status and in squeeze status, then the system calculate the pressure distinguish and compare it to the setted threshold to make sure whether the beverage is leak or not, at last, exclude the leaked beverages from the product line by the exclusion system. The system would also upload the datas to the upper computer and store them in the designed database.This article does main research on the realization of the operating system and the application program of the leak detection system. The detection system uses high operating efficiency processor S3C2440(ARM920T) and the embedded OS Linux to match the the capacity demand and the harware compatibility. At the first of the research, the hardware plantform must be established on the basis of of the running demand, and then analyse the working process, configurate and transplant the BootLoader; then compile the relevant driver programs, and transplant it to the hardware with the customed Linux core together, that will helps to realize the hardware operation based on the operation system; after that, establish the root file system, and accomplish the whole operating system after the transplant; at last, write the operating control program and data process program for the leak detection syetem, and realize the GUI operating by combine the embedded GUI system.The operating efficiency’operability and the stability of the system matches the leak bottle detection equipment, and as a embedded system, it also has some expansibility, which will enable some modification and upgrade to the system according to the demand. At last, the detection system also provides a well software and hardware platform for some other detecting methods.
