As industry field requires automation control of more and more network and intelligent factors, the combination of 32 bit embedded system technology and intelligent control technology would be a trend. A embedded IPC based arm chip controller and linux operation system from MOXA company is chosen as hardware plat, do a series of investigation and study about communication, intelligentize,application develop of embedded inteligent controller. After study of communication development of ARM-Linux controller, both about serial programming and network socket programming, investigate about industry ethernet, then study MODBUS protocal in detail, and control frequency changer through MODBUS RTU protocal. Propose two proposals of intelligentize: one is to embed inteligent modules; another is the integration of science compute software scilab. The former studys about Fuzzy control algorithm and Intelligent PID algorithm. The latter investigates about two ways to realize—transplant and communication. Study and design a multiply function gateway based UC7408 and a dynamic ration weight remote control and monitor system.
