Design And Implementation Of Service Management System For Labor Dispatching

With the deepening of China's market economy and the great reform of enterprises,China's enterprise employment system changes largely.In order to reduce the operating costs of enterprises to improve the efficiency of enterprise management,many companies began to select labor companies to send staff to complete the work.The organizational structure of Tangshan City Minyuan Labor Service Co.Ltd includes general manager,office,logistics department,finance department,labor department and so on.The labor department mainly helps enterprises to manage the customer data information,and arranges the contract documents signed by the enterprise.Labor company customer units are scattered,often with cross-regional characteristics.At present,most labor companies in the labor dispatch management are still in the manual or semi-manual way for the customer unit management,contract management and personnel management is not harmonized,resulting in high error rate,the existence of information isolated island phenomenon.This paper is based on Tangshan City Minyuan Labor Service Co.Ltd.Many labor dispatch companies in our country still use the traditional manual or semi-manual management of labor dispatch through related research.The management efficiency is low and the error rate is high,increasing the enterprise labor costs and management costs.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of management,the correctness of the data record and the utilization rate of enterprise cost of capital,the labor dispatching enterprise needs to change the current enterprise management mode to make the management more scientific.This paper takes a labor dispatch enterprise in tangshan city of China as a research sample.At the same time,by investigating the problems existing in the small and medium-sized labor dispatching companies in China,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestion measures to solve the problems of the current enterprises.Firstly,In this paper,a UML model is established,and software technologies such as B/S architecture and SQL server 2012 are adopted to realize the research and design of service dispatching business management system of labor services.Secondly,the paper analyzes various functional modules of service dispatching business management system,such as contract management module,customer unit management module,system management module and so on.The functional architecture and timing diagram of each sub-function module are designed according to the overall design principle for the purpose of achieving the desired requirements.The system uses SQL Server2012 database and implementation of the system structureusing MVC three-tier structure,effectively improving scalability and security of the system.The use of this system can not only share resources,but also avoid the generation of information isolated islands,improve the decision-making management level of labor dispatching companies,and make dispatching management more scientific and standardized.
