As the leading business newspaper, 21st Century Business Herald had founded on Jan 01, 2001. 21st Century Business Herald always embrace "News Creates Value". Changed from weekly to semiweekly on Jan 01, 2003; then upgraded to three issues a week on Jan 01, 2006. From Jan 01, 2008 , with a completely new revision, 21st Century Business Herald change to five issues a week, will offer more timely, precisely and all-round business information to the readers. The course of revolution will be the sample for studying.2008 is the first year after changing. In 2008, it has changed to Daily, but has it really or completely became the daily, or is there any problem in these days? Let me explore.First, I review the history of business newspaper and find out subjective and objective factors for daily business newspaper. Besides this, I also find out what make 21st Century Business Herald change.Second, I detect some problems in course of change by the quantitative analysis. There are two points. The profit after version of daily declined and the most of advertisers only focus on several industries. About editing strategy, reader positioning is extremely high, and news pattern is too professional to understand, which can not meet demand for daily.In the last part of the thesis, I suggest it study from "The Wall street Journal" .21st Century Business Herald should expand the new industry of advertiser and create new ad form on the hand, on the other hand enhance readability , expand the reporting area, and think of Reorientation of readers. Only in the way, 21st Century Business Herald would become the leading business daily.
