Students' Information Management System Based On WEB

With the fast development of informatization, the efficiency of students'information management has become main part in current students'management. Aiming at the situation of the large number of my school students and the difficulty of the document management, the author designed the Student Information Management System in order to reduce the stress of the Academic Affairs Office and the students Management Office and also standardize the management of my students'information to improve our school management level and work efficiency.The main users of the system and its operating authority are that System managers have the greatest the permissions and they can manage students and their classes uniformly, and they are responsible for accessing, browsing, adding, modifying, deleting the students score and information, and they can install the students classes,and they can add curriculum information and modify the authority to the school leadership and the teachers, and they are able to issue and handle the information .The school leadership can browse the students basic information and issue and handle the information. The teachers of their classes users are responsible for inputting the students score and examine the part of students information. The students users may modify personal password and take advantage of the system to inquiry and print the information involved themselves. This paper describes the basic design method of the students Information Management System, demand analysis, system design, system design function and system implementation in detail.The main function of the system is to manage the students information, the classes'information, the score information, the curriculum information, the system account and issuing information.The study focused on gathering students'information and managing the actual needs of the student in secondary vocational schools. Basing on the characteristics of my school with the supporting platform by the campus network construction, information management system has implemented the function such as inquiry, collection, management, information flow, the user management and resource sharing, in according to the basic method of database design ideas, to follow the development of software engineering design principles and structure of model implementation information. The system is based on SQLServer2000 and ASP.In this paper, systematic safety has been fully considered. The study applies ADO technical to visit the database connected directly with OLEDB to make accessing data process simply and efficiently. Systematic operation environment is carried out on IIS safe management installation so that the entire student information management system can run highly effective and steadily.The system has been trial run at my school for two months. The results proved that the system is used easily, stable performance, user-friendly, complete function. Therefore, it has been certain by the users.
