Marine monitoring technology is an important part of Marine science, which is of significant importance in respect of Marine environment protecting, Marine resources exploring, Marine disaster warning ,even seaborne activities. However, in Marine monitoring field, China began latter, it exsits certain distance from developed counties. On this basis, Marine monitoring technology is treated as national important project,and this paper is one of the branch projects. It's based on embedded ARM9. Through the collection of unit data from CTD,ADCP and ADV which work in deep sea, it gets connection and transits information with the basis stations on the bank, to realize real-time monitoring of the dynamic environment in deep sea, which lays fundation to the construction of underwater observation network.This thesis first introduced marine measurement technology development and the projects undertaken by the use of measuring instruments.Secondly, according to the actual situation,it presents design proposal of the system hardware platform and goes to details of the design and realization of the component part. After that it introduces the building of system software platform, describes the loader transplantation, cutting and transplantation for kernel and file system .Then through building applications, it combines CTD/ ADCP/ ADV working in deep-sea, to realize the visualizer installment from shore-based station and real-time transmission of the data, and give experimental results.Finally, the whole work of the thesis is summarized.
