The Design And Development For MCAI Of The Motors Assembly Training Supported By The Virtual Reality Technology

Since the reform and opening up to the outside,with the rapid economic development, China has gradually shifted from the traditional industrial economy into the emerging knowledge-based economy. In the context of the era of knowledge economy, the best qualified people are becoming immeasurable assets of modern enterprise. This is an invincible "secret weapon" of modern enterprise in the competition.Xiangtan Electrical Machinery Company Limited as the backbone of China's electrical industry enterprise, the state of major technology and equipment production, the development of a base has been attached great importance to the training of the reserve. According to our preliminary research, the company's staff training and after-sales service support, there existence of the following problems: firstly, the adaptation of new employees lasts too long. Generally, it needs at least more than half a year internship from the relevant vocational school graduating to the production plant; secondly, the knowledge structure of the old employees can not keep up with the skills development of new technologies change; thirdly, the price of after-sales service support is too high. the company sold a large per motor, counseling and technical personnel should be assigned to install, big, small faults are responsible for home maintenance, installation and troubleshooting as a result of the longer cycle, which is skilled shortage of technical personnel of enterprises, a burden in itself, together with other expenditure of financial and material resources to enable the company to pay a price too high after-sales service support. Therefore, the establishment of a scientific, practical and reasonable staff training system is imminent.Based on this, we propose solutions for employee training through designing and developing an integrated use of virtual reality technology, multimedia technology applied in the MCAI in the enterprise software, and the program in line with the electrical characteristics of enterprises and staff training requirements, it can effectively solve the staff"engineering contradictions" and can greatly increase the quality and efficiency of training.This paper takes the motor assembly MCAI training design and development projects of Xiangtan Electrical Machinery Company Limited as its background. At first it introduces virtual reality technology, MCAI, the basis of relevant theories of learning theory and technology. Then it discusses the MCAI teaching software design and system design, including the required analysis, feasibility analysis, draft text and the production of engaging in the writing of the system. At last, it introduces the design and reality of MCAI under the technical support of virtual reality training, as well as the development environment and the choice of development tools, the creation of multimedia material and specific procedures in detail.The final part of this paper makes a conclusion of this study, and points out shortcomings. Some problems that need further study and improvement are also identified in this part.
