Virtual reality technology simulates a realistic reality environment through computer graphics and related hardware,enabling users to experience virtual scenes and interact with virtual objects in the virtual environment.Virtual reality has applied development in various fields,and has good application prospects in military training,entertainment,education,training and teaching.Combined with industrial assembly technology,the assembly of parts is an important part of the mechanical manufacturing industry.It involves all aspects of application maintenance of industrial finished products,and considers the actual teaching operation involving loss of space cost,time cost,personnel cost and the like.Combined with virtual reality technology,it can solve the problems of traditional assembly,and it can also highlight the advantages in training and learning.By analyzing the current virtual reality development platform and related hardware devices,and compares and determines the use of Unity3 D engine and HTC VIVE hardware devices to achieve virtual assembly system.It mainly analyzes the technical difficulties involved in 3D modeling technology,development platform,hardware equipment and industrial assembly.The system implementation process includes the standardization of 3D model modeling,the construction of realistic virtual environment,interaction design and implementation,assembly module constraints,data design and teaching evaluation.Mainly for the modularization of functions,the flexible configurable function system is realized by the unity scripting method of unity.From the user's point of view,human-computer interaction is divided into two-dimensional and three-dimensional operation,which realizes the convenient interaction with three-dimensional objects under different conditions,so that the assembly process can obtain better effects in interactivity and learning.In industrial assembly,the analysis of the action characteristics in the assembly process,the constraints on the movement dimension of the part,and the realization of more intuitive and convenient parts operation.At the same time,the combined design of the parts collision body reduces the performance consumption of the system collision detection.In teaching and training,combined with the information tips of video learning and steps,combined with the evaluation system,the user is more efficient in learning.The entire system provides selfcalibration of the information of the equipment model,provides subsequent assembly learning standards,and achieves the applicability of the system to general equipment assembly.
