As an important part of radar,the normal operation of the radar is directly related to whether the radar can be used as a combat task.Therefore,the routine maintenance and maintenance of the radar motor is very important.The radar motor dismounting and assembly training is an important part of the motor maintenance,which has an important influence on the service life of the motor.Therefore,the traditional radar motor dismounting training cycle is long,the problem of practical teaching limited by space and time,the theory and method of virtual assembly technology based on the combination of teaching difficulties and difficulty in radar theory and training course in motor dismounting,a simulation software development platform of motor dismounting based on virtual reality technology the design,and the development of the radar motor dismounting simulation training software 6 types.The main work of this thesis are as follows[1]:(1)Aiming at the problem that there is no special motor dismounting and assembly software development platform in the market,a software development platform for radar motor dismounting and assembly(RMDP)is developed.This paper from the radar simulation training software design of the motor and the demand analysis of the virtual development engine(Post Engineer)on the basis of 3D components by increasing the motor module,to solve the data of 3D vector motor model is the key technical issues for efficient retrieval,geometric constraint solving,3D space interaction,finally successfully developed radar motor dismounting software development RMDP(Radar Motor Development Platform platform).The practical application results show that the development platform can not only greatly reduce the workload of developing the simulation software for the simulation of radar motor dismounting and assembly.It can also be applied to the development of simulation training software for other devices.?(2)The software development and key technical problems of the simulation training system for radar motor dismounting and assembly are put forward.According to the characteristics of different radar motor,from the software function and structure design,3D interface design,system modeling and virtual simulation system realization,discussed the specific methods of training simulation software development of radar motor assembly.The motor control unit parts status table,information table,table,and state of dismounting and operation flow chart design methods and ideas,the successful development of the radar motor dismounting simulation training software 6 types.The software has the functions of interactive dismounting and assembly training,self testing and evaluation,operation demonstration and principle learning,which can provide users with a realistic three-dimensional virtual training and a comprehensive system of motor dismounting and assembly training platform.(3)Processing,collision detection,model for motor dismounting simulation system design problems such as interactive object editing,using the method of control points set up the animation feedback,a key step for the objects in the scene using collision detection bounding box method and in-depth research on the development of virtual simulation teaching system,including making and modification the animation model of the material import and export,and in strict accordance with the development process of the realization of.The results show that the system has strong expansibility,good immersion and good interaction.
