The thickness of the plywood for container flooring after hot pressing is one of the important technique guidelines in the plywood for container flooring industry,which restricts the sanding procedure.Nowadays,most container flooring manufacture's thickness measuring systems are worked by manual.It's very inefficient and behindhand.So this article put forward an automatic thickness measuring system,which costs very low and handle well with high efficiency.The basic theory is to transform the magnetic field into the electric field by alnico and hall sensor.When the plywood for container flooring goes through the system,the system will detect the change of voltage which rose by the change of the distance between the measuring head and the surface of the plywood for container flooring.The computer will collect the voltage data and transform it into the value of the thickness.This system has been practiced in the factory,the measuring accuracy is up to±0.2 mm,and it can detect 480 plywood for container floorings in 1 hour,which is accurate enough for production.The design of this system adopts the unique method to detecting detects two sides of one container flooring so it can avoid the detecting errors caused by distortion.The system can not only measures the thickness and improves the efficiency,but also makes the conditional likelihood to detect the plywood for container flooring's strength and defects.The hardware and the software of the system works stably and dependablely,and it adapts to the factory environment.
