In the 1970s,along with the development of the modern mathematics,the modern control theory and computer technology,has produced the modern integrated navigation system.Now many significant science discovers and the new technology appearances,very quickly then obtain the application in this domain,and promote the development of the integrated navigation system powerfully.Simultaneously its structure is day by day complex,the function is getting more and more perfect,the automaticity is also getting higher and higher. The system in the continuous running process,along with the time growth and the changes of the internal and external each kind of conditions,inevitable will break down,if will not perform the active control,the consequence will be inconceivable.Therefore,carries out the reliability research of the marine integrated navigation system,safeguards its credibility earnestly,has the very vital significance.The topic taking ship integrated navigation system as a background,taking reliability of the system as the essential starting point,to hard core-navigation information processing system,uses dual redundant hot backup structure to conduct the research and the design.Introduced domestic and foreign research present situation of the topic related content,analyzed and summarized the knowledge of system reliable, redundancy fault-tolerant technology as well as embedded real-time redundant system.Embarking upon from the practical application,completed the design of the whole system.the hardware platform choice is based on the PC/104 bus embedded module.A machine and B machine has the relatively independent external devices,like this will not cause competition of the system resources,and will increase the overall stability of the system.Makes the redundant design of Ethernet and CAN bus to enhance the reliability of the hardware interface.In order to complete the multi-RS-422 serial port control output,designs the controller with high-reliability to carry on the selectivity control to the output channel;analog KVM equipment for the completion of the double switch control and display.The ship integrated navigation information processing software is one kind to the reliable request very high software,therefore has the necessity to carry on the reliability design to it.The topic carries many kinds of reliable methods on the design,for example,fault-avoidance,fault-check and fault-tolerance and so on. According to the characteristics of the VxWorks real-time multitasking operating system and the concrete demands of the software,carries on the hierarchization, the modular design to the software,completes the task module and the priority division,At the same time,to further guarantee the reliability of the system,has taken the corresponding fault-tolerant measures,like combination filter information fusion technology,CAN bus redundant technique and so on.And carries on the introduction to the interface module software and the information processing module software of the system Works in front in the foundation, completes the design of man-machine interaction module of the system using the WindML drawing instrument,and completes the design of the overall system finally.This topic devotes to the research and design of the dual-redundant hot backup ship integrated navigation information processing system,its goal is enhances its reliability and the security,thus enables overall reliability of the marine integrated navigation system to be improved,guarantee that the ships navigation security,meets the need of the modernized war.
