Analysis And Application Of Diversity For Complex Similar Serial Products

In this dissertation, analysis and application of diversity for complex similar serial products are researched, the concept of serial products are presented based on similarity science and specialties of serial products technology. The classification and obtaining of characteristics of complex similar serial products are researched in view of classification of common mechanical products .The correlative theories of analysis and measurement of diversity are researched,From the viewpoint of system theory ,the analysis and application of diversity for complex similar serial products are given with the analysis of traditional diversity's insufficiencies and combination of complex mechanical system's diversity measurement: the modules of similar characteristics are established based on characteristics of serial products, in consideration of configuration,the analyses of diversity in monolayer and multilayer are put forward in consideration of connection in system's layers . In decision-making of weight coefficient, The succession is considered firstly to solve the decision of judgment matrix .using the theory of succession on binary date comparison can add succession to the order of importance in characteristics'parameters. Having the correct judgment matrix and using software of AHP to conform weight coefficient.The new Cost Volume Profit Analysis is provided based on diversity, the formula on production and distribution is firstly presented. Using this formula to analyse the balance between produce and sale, the measurement of output for balance is provided. Using this formula to analyse the imbalance between produce and sale, the measurement of output for imbalance is provided, and the gene for produce and sale is also studied.
