| Government portal website as the e-government service terminals,which is an important window that the government provides the public services to society, and it is the most important and most efficient platform for communication between citizens and government . With the continuous development of science and technology, the Service consciousness of government has been enhanced gradually.The construction of government portal website has become more and more important, and Content Management System(CMS) which manage the website in the back cause the people's attention gradually.Firstly,this thesis introduces the development and characteristic of government portal website and CMS,then analyses it according to the developed countries's government portal website , gets the design framework and most function of website.Secondly analyses and compares the present condition of the website CMS,discusses the .NET framework to construct the website CMS thoroughly,and gives the design proposal for the basic integrity website CMS. According to website construction and the content management demand analysis,the designer has carried on the overall plan and the function division to the system. According to the standard function demand and the content management demand analysis,the designer decides to adopt the module design.Then the designer carries on the system with the case model.Finally, the thesis constructs a highly effective,maintainable,reusable,flexible website CMS. |
