Research And Implementation Of Government Portal Framework

With the rapid development of network, using the Internet and multimedia technology to enable citizens, businesses and relevant agencies to easily communicate and interact with the government, hasbecome the important research topic that the government departments adapt to social development, promote government office network under the new situation. In order to improve the overall efficiency of government systems, to promote e-government to the practical stage, building a safe, reliable, able to achieve a unified information dissemination to provide the public services and public feedback on the government portal is imperative.This paper, conbined with the development of domestic and foreign government portal, has carefully analysed the government portal websites'construction problems, based on theories of the government portal website design, has given the system's design goals. This paper introduces the characteristics of J2EE framework, relevant theories and concepts of framework.This paper compares functions and features of the popular frameworks such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate and Ext, combined with relevant technology of integration, it embodies the guiding ideology of the design of portal frame. Through careful analysis of system requirements, the paper gives the framework architecture of the government portal, the module division, functional design and database design. In the process of development, Ext tree is used to manage, set, add and delete site's columns to achieve site's navigation. Template Taglib technology is used to play the role of site layout manager to provide a good template for the system's layout and page design, so that maintenance efficiency of the system can be greatly improved. As the information of government portal is so huge, the system uses static page publishing based on HttpClient to reduce the pressure of calculation of the server, and to improve users'accessing speed. At the same time the FCKEditor is used to edit information online to make operation easier and more humane.Finally the subject of research is summarized, and prospects of the government portal website construction of future development.
