| The government portal website refers to the application platform of all departments, informationalized and comprehensive government affairs.Governments at all levels use the portal website to better perform their duties responsibly, to benefit the public and sever the people. With the help of website, governments can integrate multi sectorial resources, reduce working procedures, and improve the service quality and efficiency. Public can understand governments business better. At the same time, website also creates favorable conditions for the government to serve the public.In this paper, we compared the differences between domestic and foreign government website. Combined with the actual situation of our government portal website and problems, I did the careful analysis of the website construction demand and completed the project. Taking into account "the resources integration of the wisdom" in our city, This website architecture is based on J2 EE platform, windows2012 OS, My SQL database, Tomcat server and JDK. The website framework is based on Struts2.0+Spring2.0+Mybatis, and MD5 encryption technology. The website is using B/S structure both at the front desk and management background. In this paper, I analyzed the main modules of the website which are News management module, User management module, Government Affairs management module, consulting management module etc.The government website is a easy to better serve the people and an important way to obtain government information. As a part of the "smart city" project, all the leadership attaches great importance to the construction and development of the website. |
