Printed Circuit Board (PCB) plays an important role in modern electronic equipment and electronic products. It is an information carrier that integrates all kinds of electronic components and is widely applied to many fields, with the development of PCB directing to high density, thin separation and low defect ratio, its inspection requirement of is higher on aspects of precision, efficiency, universal and intelligence etc. Therefore, the study of a efficiency, steady and precision automatic inspection system is meaningful and banausic in today's PCB production.This paper offers a PCB automatic test method by using optical video technology and image process technology. This method put forward an operable and practical scheme to develop an automatic PCB test.In this paper, The main research contents as follows:1. Firstly, it introduced the present situation of PCB test technology, the present situation an future of AOI.2. For the precision of our system, we put forward the flow of software. It contents the reprocessing module, the hole center's orientation and the hole diameter's module, error analysis module.3. An inspection system, applicable to PCB's drill precision. By running this system, corresponding information can be obtained, which provides necessary informational support for PCB's drill precision test.In conclusion, corresponding inspection system method are developed,which have some practical value for PCB's drill precision inspection.
