Abstract/Summary:
With the gradual reduction of coal, oil, natural gas and other available resources, and resource utilization remains very low. How to improve the utilization of existingresources is the most important problem we face. This article focuses on the carboncontent of cinder detection research proportion by image processing techniques. Thisarticle test the carbon content of cinder proportion in three parts. Firstly to get theimage of cinder, it is necessary to take real-time image capture of cinder, extract thevideo image that we taken and use image processing techniques to similaritymatching, screening between the extracted video image and the known image, and getthe cinder image that we wanted. Then we analyze the resulting cinder images, mainly do the threshold segmentation of the image of burned cinder image, andcinder ash will be split into crude and fine slag.To do video extraction part, the hardware environment is mainly USB camera, and the software is Visual C++6.0. Firstly we do the video segmentation on the videothat we get, and effectively extract and split on the video file by the camera, then wecan get a lot of BMP files, and then do the similarity analysis of the BMP file with theknown image, and get the most similar BMPfile with the known image. The part to do analysis of the cinder,is mainly doing threshold segmentation onthe BMP file last stage. The key is to do the segmentation is the selection of thethreshold. When the selected threshold is too small, a part of crude will be processedas the fine; On the contrary, when the selected threshold is too large, a part of finewill be processed as the crude. So if the selection of threshold is inaccurate, theimage segmentation would be inaccurate, resulting in an error of judgment on theproportion of cinder. Therefore, a suitable threshold is directly related to the resultsof cinder analysis. This article is based on the analysis and study of one-dimensionalOtsu algorithm, a two-dimensional Otsu algorithm, and proposes an improvedtwo-dimensional Otsu algorithm. After analysis and comparison, the improved Otsualgorithm takes into account not only the pixel gray value and the information of theneighborhood, excluding the effects of light, noise and other factors, and theefficiency has also been greatly improved comparing with one-dimensional Otsualgorithm, a two-dimensional Otsu algorithm, played a very good effect whenhandling the cinder proportion detection, but also played a good role in theecological environment and Some important aspects of economic constructionmethod, and be a better methord to handling the cinder proportion analysis.
