China Telecom base station is a complex network in the geographic distribution, it's not advisable to establish inventory system for each node; meanwhile with the rapid development of telecommunications industry, spare parts inventory need update timely. So these two characteristics make China Telecom base station equipment spare parts inventory management methods different from general manufacturing enterprises. The main content is the design of spare parts inventory scheduling system for China Telecom base stationIn this thesis, due to the status of China Telecom base station equipment inventory management nowadays, we design a Business Process Flow on the basis of two-echelon supply chain. The system could share inventory and demand information well; also we adopt a centralized management department named scheduling centre. Scheduling centre dispatches and manages spare parts inventory on the point of system, so that optimize resource allocation to ensure well-balanced operation.Demand forecast is a kind of difficulty in spare parts inventory management, this thesis sets up different spare parts demand generated models according to the age types; Manual approval of the demand is a complex issue in the traditional spare parts management, thus this thesis creates a new decision-making model based on historical demand, this model could not only improve the efficiency of audit, but also enhance the fairness of audit; Inventory scheduling exists in the netted supply chain extensively, with the constraints of resources, the author creates a integer programming model for the purpose of minimum transportation costs. In this thesis, we analyze the distribution network based on the advanced Dijkstra's shortest path-searching algorithm, which will be implemented in the platform of GIS.In the end, the author turns to Stored Procedure Technology and Layering for the implementation of the system.
