Ammonia is of extreme importance for national ecnomics, As the first phase of Ammonia manufacture, gas-making has been urgently up to be controlled automaticcally. This thesis is mainly about the automation design and realization of gas generation with coal in Ammonia Industry. The process and control requirment involved of gas making with coal are simply depicted. It is also described concerning key technology generally used in system integration, such as Inter-connection of networks, DDE, Browser/Server, OPC and so forth.To aim at the specific field work, the hardware and software's design and realization of peculiar project is ordinarily explained. In this thesis, the programming details about PID algorithm and redundant Eternet are particularly concerned. In the hash field of Industrial plant PID is now used generally and variously. But the most dificult thing may be the ParameterTunning for PID. It is also addressed about the improvement of general PID algorithm with the method of Fuzzy Control.The flexible and concrete use of the specific softwares involved in this project, including thst running on Computer and Controller. The redundant design of for Eternet based on TCP/IP communication is illustrated also.The result feddbacked by real filed proved that the stuctue is reasonable, and the system has perfect functions.
